OPNAV N97 hosts a submariner social in our office at the Pentagon about once a month. These are great opportunities for folks to catch-up with old friends, meet new people, and tell (and re-tell) sea stories.  In an effort to cast our nets out even wider, we have decided to hold a social outside the Pentagon about once a quarter.  This should make it easier for those in our tribe who don’t have Pentagon access to come meet up with old friends and shipmates. For this event, we DC are teaming up with the Capitol Chapter of the Naval Submarine League to host an event near the Pentagon called “BEQ.”
